Eagle and Eagle Free are the same app. Eagle offers certain features at no cost, and the collective term for these features is Eagle Free. The specific free features are that users can create KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in companies and display them as cues in various role centers and activities. In other words, it is possible to use Eagle without any cost when using Eagle for the current company. It is the client companies set up on the Eagle Environments page that are charged, not the current company.
The Company Type field on the Eagle Setup page is Client by default, which allows you to only use the part of Eagle that is free. If you want to use the full functionality of Eagle, choose Service Agency if the company will perform operational tasks for clients. Alternatively, choose Service Agency & Client if the company is both a provider and recipient of administrative services.
Eagle Free consists of three parts, Set Up Eagle KPIs, Select Eagle Cues and Set Up Cues. In the table below, we describe the different parts:

The Eagle app is designed to perform operational tasks for multiple companies within the same tenant or between different tenants, making it ideal for shared service agencies and accounting firms.
