Reason: The SOAP API is deprecated by Microsoft. Use the REST API "externalSystemSyncRecord" instead. This SOAP API will not be removed until really necessary, but it is not actively maintained anymore. Contact SmartApps if there are missing needed functions in the REST API that exists in the SOAP API.
