Add corrective (lines with opposite signs, but otherwise identical to the original invoice) Time Sheet Lines to the Time Sheet that needs to be corrected and post the Project Journal and then choose the Create Sales Credit Memo action, or open the Project Planning Lines page, add corrective lines and choose the Create Sales Credit Memo action.
Why should only one person be set up as a time sheet administrator
The time sheet administrator of a company has full access to all time sheets. The administrator can create new time sheets and access any time sheet and then edit, change, or delete it. The pages and charts used for registering and approving time are not filtered for the administrator, making it more difficult to register and approve time as they see all time sheets for all users.
