    Mandatory Fields

    On the customer card, item card and vendor card it is possible to set up mandatory fields. All fields on the above cards can be set as mandatory, which means that a message will be displayed if a mandatory field is left blank when the card is closed.

    Add Extra Fields manually

    1. Choose the search icon (ALT+Q), enter Mandatory Fields, and then choose the related link.
    2. On the Mandatory Fields page, add the fields you want to specify as mandatory when adding new records.
