Setup Rillion Connect
- Choose the search icon, enter Rillion Connect Setup, and then choose the related link.
- Fill in the fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read a short description.
Setup Application Permissions
An external application that want to access Business Central need first its own identity, this is set by creating a new App Registration and setup Application Permissions.
Note
Setting up App registration and Application Permissions is done by your workflow provider, in this case Rillion.
Note
The Permission set QWEWF Service must be added to the Microsoft Entra Application card of the external user.
Setup User Permission Sets
- Choose the search icon, enter User, and then choose the related link.
- Select the user that you want to assign permission to. Any permission sets that are already assigned to the user are displayed in the Permission Sets FactBox.
- Choose the Edit action to open the User Card page.
- On the User Permission Sets FastTab, on a new line, fill in the fields as necessary. For more information, see To create or edit a permission set.
