Cancel a subscription
If an app from SmartApps has been uninstalled, you can cancel the payment in the SmartApps Overview page.
- Choose the search icon (ALT+Q), enter SmartApps Overview, and then choose the related link.
- On the SmartApps Overview page, select the line to cancel and then choose the Cancel Selected action to end the subscription.
Note
You will always find all apps from SmartApps in the SmartApps Overview page, both installed and uninstalled.
Note
If you cancel a subscription before uninstalling the app, it is possible to use it until the end of the payment period.
Reactivate a subscription
If a subscription for an app from SmartApps has been canceled, you can activate the payment in the SmartApps Overview page.
- Choose the search icon (ALT+Q), enter SmartApps Overview, and then choose the related link.
- On the SmartApps Overview page, select the line to activate and then choose the Activate Selected action to resume the subscription.
Tip
When selecting the Update action on the SmartApps Overview page, all information for all lines is updated from SmartApps service provider Stripe. It can be used if there is a problem to to use the action Activate or Cancel.
Note
If you want to stop using an app from Smartapps, you can uninstall it in the Extension Management page and end the subscription in the Smartapps Overview page.
