How To Use Eagle Role Center
Eagle Service Agency
The Eagle Service Agency role center provides the ability to create a home page just like a dashboard. It can be adapted to your company's specific needs to suit everyone who wants information regarding the company's performance and the work in progress.
Tip
For companies that want to use Eagle for just one company, there is a role center called Eagle - Single Company. With a user-friendly interface on the new page called My Company, you can easily manage your tasks with Eagle. On this role center, we have gathered all the functionality from Eagle that you need for the company you are working with.
It is possible to set up three different types of data cues on the Eagle Service Agency Role Center:
All data cues are different types of Key Performance Indicators. They are either User-defined KPIs type or Predefined KPIs type.
Tip
Find the table in Key Performance Indicators for specific information regarding the differencies and capabilities of the key performance indicators in Eagle.
Note
You can use different profiles in the service agency and in the client company. Specify the Profile ID to use in the client companies on the Eagle Setup, Environments, My Environments, and Settings for My Companies pages. The most specific setting will be used.
Client Companies KPIs
The data cues for the client companies are User-defined KPIs of the Client Companies type.
Note
The visibility of the data cues on the role center is controlled on the on the Eagle KPIs Setup page. The data cues/Eagle KPIs are updated by selecting any of the Reload actions on the Role Center, My Companies page or let a job queue process the update.

This Company KPIs
The data cues for this company are Eagle KPIs of the This Company type.
Note
The Eagle KPIs of the This Company type can only be displayed as data cues on the role center. The data cues are automatically updated and does not need to be reloaded manually.
Promoted KPIs
The wide data cues are Key Performance Indicators of any type.
The Promoted KPIs are displayed above the Client Companies KPIs and the This Company KPIs and have a different layout but the same capabilities.

Note
When a Key Performance Indicator is set up as selected, the key figure changes group on the role center, which means that a key figure will be removed from its original group.
