About this app
Eagle Free offers features at no cost. The free features are that users can create KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in the current company and display them as cues in several standard role centers and activities.
Eagle Free incorporates features from the Eagle app that are free of charge. When you install Eagle Free, the Eagle app will also be installed.
Note
The Company Type field on the Eagle Setup page is Client by default, which allows you to only use the part of Eagle that is free. If you want to use the full functionality of Eagle, choose Single Company if you want to perform operational task for this company, and Service Agency if the company will perform operational tasks for clients. Alternatively, choose Service Agency & Client if the company is both a provider and recipient of administrative services.
Eagle Free consists of four parts, Set Up Eagle KPIs, Set Up My Eagle KPIs, Select Eagle Cues and Set Up Cues. In the table below, we describe the different parts:

Note
A KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is a measurable performance metric used to evaluate how well an organization or process is performing in relation to its goals. KPIs are used to measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and determine actions needed to achieve desired results.
Tip
The Eagle app is designed to perform operational tasks for multiple companies within the same tenant or between different tenants, making it ideal for shared service agencies and accounting firms. Additionally, you can create KPIs against other companies, allowing you to view KPIs from multiple companies all from one centralized view. Read more about Eagle
