Related Filtering | 127293

Added filtering capabilities for Table Export that allow filtering main table records based on related table field criteria. This enables exporting only G/L Entries matching specific G/L Account criteria without manual filtering after export.

Configure filtering on the Function Setup Card page using the Related Tables FastTab. Set up field-to-field relationships through Couplings and define filters on related table fields through the Filters drilldown. Enable the Filters Main Table field to use these filters for filtering the main table records.

When Filters Main Table is enabled, only main records matching both direct filters and related table filters are included in the export. For one-to-many relationships, if any related record matches the filter criteria, the main record is included.

Related Fields | 131541

Added the ability to include fields from related tables when exporting table data. This allows exporting enriched data with additional context such as account names, dimension values, or category details in a single export operation.

Configure related table fields on the Function Setup Card page using the Related Tables FastTab. Define field-to-field relationships through Couplings, select which fields to include from each related table, and customize column headers as needed.

Note

Missing related records result in blank values in the export output, not export failures.

Field Ordering | 127293-2

Added the ability to customize field captions and reorder all Table Export fields from a unified interface. Use the Fields action on the Function Setup page to access the Function Fields page where you can set custom captions and arrange the order of both main table and related table fields.

The Custom Caption column allows you to specify custom names for any field in the export output. Use the Up and Down actions to reorder fields, controlling the column sequence in the exported file.

Note

The Fields action now opens the enhanced Function Fields page, which is different from clicking the Fields field that displays the field count.

Tip

Custom captions are particularly useful when including multiple related table fields that might have similar names, or when creating exports for specific audiences.

Export Metadata | 132135

Added metadata to Data Entries and Queue Entries when the Reconciliation Export report is enqueued. The metadata includes reconciliation context such as comparison type, description, period dates, reconciliation code, and number. This allows you to include the metadata in file paths and names.

Error Handling | 132209

Changed error handling behavior to properly preserve call stack information from client company errors. The complete call stack from the original error is now saved in Queue Entry records for both REST API calls and direct single-company calls.

This resolves the issue where call stacks were being overwritten during "Service Agency Problem" or "Error in Service Agency" scenarios, making error diagnosis significantly easier.
