Field	Id	Specifies the unique identifier of the workflow.
Field	Name	Specifies the name of the workflow.
Field	Enabled	Specifies if the workflow is enabled. If the workflow is not enabled, it will not be available for use.
Field	Active Instances	Specifies the total number of active instances for the workflow.
Field	Allow Multiple Instances	Specifies whether multiple instances of the workflow can run simultaneously. If not enabled, only one instance can be active at a time.
Field	Category Code	Specifies if the workflow belongs to a category.
Field	Group Code	Specifies if the workflow belongs to a group.
Field	Last Completed	Specifies the date and time when the workflow was last completed.
Action	Instances	Open a list with all instances of the selected workflow.
Action	New from Template	Start a guide to create a new workflow using templates. The guide helps to create functions, KPIs and steps with default settings that can be changed in the workflow afterwards.
Action	Start Workflow	Start a new instance of the selected workflow.
Action	Up	Move the record one step up in the list to affect the sorting order.
Action	Down	Move the record one step down in the list to affect the sorting order.
Action	Export	Download the selected workflows including functions, KPIs and steps. Useful when migrating settings between companies/environments.
Action	Import	Upload a previously exported workflow file to add workflows. Useful when migrating settings between companies/environments.
Action	Generate AL Template Code	Show the AL code used for the selected workflow automation. Useful when workflow automation should be added as a template in an extension.
